Capital City Training & Consulting was established in 2010 and is a leading global financial training and management development company.

Capital has a global reach with offices in London, Singapore, Dubai and Africa. In January 2013, Capital acquired MSConsultants, allowing us to deepen and broaden our product offering. MSConsultants has long been a leading, specialist training and consultancy firm in the asset management sector serving institutional and retail investment firms, regulators, third-party administrators, investment service providers, IT and recruitment firms.
Our client base in Asia has been rapidly expanding since our inception in 2010. To better serve these clients, in 2016 we incorporated in Singapore, offering the same high quality services as we have always done in both Asia and across the globe, with a full understanding of our clients’ needs on the ground locally.
Capital’s technical training offering covers a broad spectrum of financial services skills – accounting, corporate finance, credit, lending, derivatives, equity research, modelling and valuation, origination, commercial banking, asset and wealth management and financial reporting.
Capital’s management development team provides a range of interpersonal skills training programmes in leadership skills, team building, sales and relationship skills.
The broad skill base of Capital’s team means that we can provide assistance not just in the form of technical training, management development training or eLearning but in tailored, blended programmes involving all three types of training, to maximise return on investment for clients and leverage the benefits of face to face training time and time away from the business.
As well as training, Capital also consults for its clients. We design professional development programmes and integrate training planning into the performance appraisal process. We also help our clients define their professional development objectives, or “learning paths” for staff as they progress through organisations.
